Day 20-A Hobby Of Mine

A hobby of mine would have to be blogging and messing around on the computer!  I find that blogging and reading blogs is really a stress relief to me and not to mention I have met great people blogging.  I have had several blogs but this one and my private ones are the ones that I use the most.  I am hoping one day that I will be able to make my private one public but for now it has to stay private because of people in my life that I don't need knowing what I am doing and when I am doing it!
I really have no idea where I would be if I didn't have blogging to help me relieve stress and talk my feelings out.  Even if no one ever reads my stuff I will always keep doing it for me!
So there you go that is a hobby of mine!

This really has become a growing problem in our country.  Here is what they define cyberbullying as:  "Cyberbullying is when someone repeatedly harasses, mistreats, or makes fun of another person online or while using cell phones or other electronic devices." Approximately 20% of the students in our sample admitted to cyberbullying others in their lifetimes. Posting mean or hurtful comments and spreading rumors online were the most commonly reported types of cyberbullying they reported during the previous 30 days. About 11% of the sample reported cyberbullying using one or more of the nine types reported, two or more times over the course of the previous 30 days.

Here are some stat's I found about children that are bullied online or through their cellphones.

• 42% of kids have been bullied while online. 1 in 4 have had it happen more than once.
• 35% of kids have been threatened online. Nearly 1 in 5 have had it happen more than once.
• 21% of kids have received mean or threatening e-mail or other messages.
• 58% of kids admit someone has said mean or hurtful things to them online. More than 4 out of 10 say it has happened more than once.
• 53% of kids admit having said something mean or hurtful to another person online. More than 1 in 3 have done it more than once.
• 58% have not told their parents or an adult about something mean or hurtful that happened to them online.

As I have been researching to write this post I have found that they really only focus on teenagers and what not when it comes to this but I am seeing more and more that it is done adult to adult as well.  I can't find any statistics on it but I can bet that it happens just as much if not more.  I recently had to watch a friend of mine go through this and I couldn't help but wonder why do people feel the need to be so mean to each other.  I was taught growing up that if you didn't have anything nice to say you shouldn't say anything at all.  I am so thankful that computers weren't really big when I was in school because if I had to deal with cyberbullying along with regular bullying I really don't know that I would have made it through high school!

I just can't understand why grown women need to be mean to each other.  Hell if you don't like someone or what they write then don't read.  No one is making you read what they write.  I don't get why like in the movie "The Mean Girls" there always has to be a group of girls that goes around and likes to make people feel bad.  Maybe I won't get it because I could never do things on purpose to make people feel bad about themselves! 

That is all I really have to say about this subject.  I guess when it boils down to anything people just shouldn't say anything if they don't have anything nice to say!

Tuesdays With Jacqui & Day 19-A Talent Of Mine

ANGER?

Anger? Where the hell does it come from? Are we born with knowing what anger is and how to understand it? Or do we learn it from everything around us? Do we learn it from TV, people we are around, or just the environment that we live in.

Is anger the same as hate, or are they different? Does anger grow from hate and from being hurt or is it the other way? Why is it so easy to grow hate inside your heart but it’s so hard to get rid of it? Is it that anger is easier to deal with and you don’t have to work at it? Is getting rid of its just too hard? Anger makes you loose so many things; lose jobs, relationships, family and friends. Anger makes you commit crimes and just do shit that you would never do or approve of when you’re not angry. So why deal with it anymore, why not fix it to make your life better? I hear from a lot of people saying that anger what’s keeping them alive but wouldn’t having love in their life make their life so much happier.

This topic sucks as well.  I personally don't think I have talents but people tell me I do.  Some people tell me that I am good at making things with photoshop but I can't make what I want to make so I don't think I am any good at that.  Here is some thing that I have made using photoshop.  The writing on the picture is the quote at the top of page from Bride Wars!

Now for a update that will either give you chills or make you laugh at what idiots for cats I have.  So my grandparents have a cat named Vinnie.  He is older that my two and should be smarter than them as well.  On Friday night I guess while he was outside he caught a mouse and brought it back to Sylvia.  He does this all the time and I am not really sure why.  I mean every time he brings them to her she plays with them for a few minutes and then gets bored and walks away from them.  She hasn't put together that they are a source of food which is okay with me because she tends to throw up if she eats raw meat.  Anyways, I had the back slider open so they could come and go through what we now call the cat door.  It is actually a big hole in the screen door that Sylvia made one year and now they just come and go as they please.  So I got up for some reason and saw Sylvia playing with something on the ground.  I turn on a light and freak out because the little shit brought in a live mouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the process of trying to get it out she loses interest and just walks away.  It ends up getting away from me and goes somewhere in the kitchen.  At this point I am not sure what I should do so I go to Wal-Mart and buy mouse traps.  I get home put them out and try to go back to sleep.  Now fast forward to Sunday night.  I walk in the kitchen and there is the mouse but this time it looks like it back had gotten broken.  My brother finally catch's it and we put it in the garden because neither of us could kill it.  We are big wimps when it comes to that stuff.
Now I have to wonder where in the hell did my cat get the idea it was okay to bring them in the house and then leave when she is bored.  I will never get how the cat thinks and to make it even more crazy the only cat that was trying to catch it was Elinore and she has no claws!  Go Figure.

Well I am getting a divorce so I had a wedding that I really loved.  Here are a few pictures that still make me sad to look at.

Day 17- An Art Piece

This is an interesting topic.  I am not sure what I want to post for it.  I am not really a fan of art.  I have never really spent time looking at any.  I always got bored when I had to go to art museums.  I did take some pictures of mine own when I was in photography in high school but I am not sure where they are at right now.  I could post pictures of random pieces of art but I think that defeats the purpose of this prompt.  So I am just going to leave it at I don't look really like to look at art and that is why there are no pictures of art or sculptures!

Day 15-My Dream House

I am half way through the 30 days and it doesn't seem like it has really already been 15 days.  Today's topic was my dream house.  I don't know that I really have a dream house.  Any house that I owned would be my dream house.  I am hoping that one day I will be able to have my Grandparents house.  I really like it and that thought of someone else living in the house that I grew up in makes me super sad  but time will tell what will happen with that.
If I had to describe my dream house it would be a house that is all on one level but other than that I don't really have any big dreams for a house.  In fact I would probably like a town home or a condo even more than a house because I don't want to do yard work and with the MS I probably should do yard work!

Day 14-Non-Fictional Book~Writers Workshop

This is the last non-fictional book that I have read all the way through.  I tried to read The Zoo Keepers Wife but I just couldn't get through it it.  Her writing for me was super hard to get through. I think it was because she spent so much time describing things instead of just telling the story.  The only non-fictional books that I enjoy reading are about the Holocaust.  For some reason that time period has always interested me.  I love to read the stories of the Jews that survived and the ones that didn't.

Day 13-Fictional Book

I mostly read fictional books and the last one I read was called "Handle With Care" by Jodi Picoult.

It was a really good book that I recommend to anyone.  I personally didn't like how it started out but the ending totally made up for it. 

Tuesdays With Jacqui (Cyber Bullying) & Day 12-Something I Am OCD About

This post is about something that really bugs me and hurts me.  I was bullied in high school and thank god I haven't been bullied online but it happens all to much anymore.  I am going to do a series on bullying in the next few weeks I think.

Okay so I had to change this post because they had to go and throw a tantrum about what I was writing about.

If I got any of this wrong then that’s a bad on me. If you didn’t DM anyone and I believed it then that’s a real bad on me. It’s just that the person didn’t know anything that was going on unless you told them. Ill admit I’m not the greatest person BUT I try to help out when I can.

I just hate that me and 1 of these people live in the same area of town. I have seen her around town and I leave because I don’t need any crazies following me home. We go to the same OB/GYN because I was nice enough to recommend her my great Dr. So I called his office today and told them that I have a stalker and we both go in the same place so they will not schedule us in the same day. I would change doctors BUT I can’t because he is the only doctor I trust with my “high risk pregnancies.” The nurse staff was very helpful and told me that since I am a high risk patient that they might transfer her to another doctor but I told them no since she really loved the doctor too. I don’t think she will do anything to me because she seems like a really nice person but I just don’t want the drama of it. We go to the same places, its simple there’s not a lot to do with kids in Vegas (she says I copy her). Yes we went to the same places after you BUT that doesn't mean I was copying you now does it? I just hope if you see me around town, please just leave me alone. I know you will not hurt my kids because you are such a loving mother so I know I not have to worry about that.

The other 2  live in my home town. Well we are going there next week and I don’t know if I need to watch my back while I am there. They know where my mom and grandma live. Should I tell them that the crazy’s might be looking for me and scare them? How do I know they will not hurt my children (they seem really crazy to me)? Do I need to put a protective order on these people? Or can I just hope that they will leave me alone. Yes I can’t stop the trash talking and there gossip but I can stop them contacting me in any way.

If I mixed up your stalker drama and thinking it was mine then I am sorry. If there are 2 stalker dramas in your life then why haven’t you dealt with the other one?HAHA I just called me a stalker but that's what they are calling me. You comment on my page and tell me that I should contact the police about all of this; well I don’t really want to deal with the cops unless I have to. Why are you not taking your own advice? Have you contacted the cops about yours? Or are you just trash talking about them. You say you are to nice/pretty (don’t remember what she said) to talk shit but you talk shit about your other stalker. And you say that you didn’t know I was going to your blog, that’s a BIG ass lie since you we used to follow each other. Yes your right that’s not of my business with you and your stalker. Just stop with all the drama!

Today's topic is something that I am OCD about.  There are few things that I am like that about but the biggest one has to be numbers.  I only like odd numbers and 7 is my favorite.  I also had the digits in numbers.  So lets say the number is 12 I would add 1+2=3 so 12 is an ok number but 11 is 1+1=2 so that is a bad number.  Well there you go that is one of weird things about me!

New MeMe

I am going to follow along with this new MeMe I found this week because I always have tons of things to complain about!!!! So here it goes!

• I am so tired of idiot drivers that try on a daily basis to kill me while I am either driving too or from work!  It can't really be that hard to keep your car in your lane and not drive down the middle of two lanes!  If one of you hit me I am going to drag you out of your car and beat the living hell out of you!
• Why can't people just get along!!!!!! (There is more on that one on my private blog)
• The world must be filled with stupid people because I seem to be dealing with tons of them anymore!  I think those of us who have and use are brains and a dying breed!
• I am so tired of adults acting like children!  I will never understand what people get from bullying people. It is right and I am getting tired of it happening to people.  Everyone just needs to keep their mouths shut if they have nothing nice to say to each other!

Saturday 9: Jumping Someone Else's Train

The only train I have ever been on is Trax.  The last time I was on it was when I had to go to the apple store and get my laptop fixed.

Just Mexico and Canada.  I hated Mexico but I liked Canada.

Cloths and things to entertain me because I get bored easily

I will wait until I get the checked out.  I don't mind waiting in line.  Hell my favorite shopping day is the day after Thanksgiving

I hate girls that love to create drama and make peoples lives a living hell.  Why can't girls seem to get over the high school drama and be nice to everyone.  I have never seen the point of the high school drama that happens.  Even when I was in high school I thought it was a waste of time and now that I am an adult it really pisses me off.  Why can't people just grow the hell up.  Now none of this has happened to me but it is happening to a friend and it is pissing me off!  I will never understand why people can't seem to figure out that the drama they start isn't cute or cool at all!  I wanna bitch slap the shit out of the girls that are starting all the drama and making this persons life hell!  All I can say is grow the hell up and get over it!

I haven't written an update in awhile on the MS and life in general so I think today is the day.  The MS has gotten super bad lately and I am not sure what is going to happen with it all.  They have started me on  a new drug and I am not sure what I think about it yet.  I mean yes it does work but at the same time it has scary side effects and it is super addicting.  So we will see how long I stay on it.  I am not holding out to much hope for it though.  The first time I took it I spent the half the next day in bed because I was so drugged but on the other hand it is the only thing right now that is taking the pain away.  So like everything else time will tell.
Josh has gotten on my last damn nerve!  He has finally pushed to far and I can't wait to file the papers and be done with his dumb ass.  He will never get what he has done and he will never understand why I will never talk to him again.  Once everything is done my number will be changed and he can go away for good.  Even if he at some point grows a brain it will be to late.  I know he will get his and that is what makes things so great for me.  Karma is a bitch and I can't wait til his slaps him in the face!!!!!!!

Once again it is time for Jacqui to post her thoughts on life.  I want everyone to know that she is starting up a new blog business in a few months and everyone should check her out on her blog right now!!!!  She makes really cute layouts and things like that.  After the 4th of July I am going to put up the one she made for me!

Happy or Not???

Why cant life be what you make of it or want to make of it? If your unhappy with life why cant you just fix it? If your unhappy with a relationship/life why cant you just change it for the better? It seems like all we can ever do is make life harder and more miserable but we cant figure it out to make it better. Right now how would you live your life? Would it be different from how you life now? Of course, right?....

I dont understand how people can be controlled by there "loves" and not stand up and put there foot down! This is how i see it; As women we have our place but men do also. Relationships should be 50/50 with power, control, and of course with money. It shouldn't be his money or her money, unless they have set aside a little money from the budget that each person gets to have as there own. Each couple should have equal responsibility with children, even if the moms(or now a days dads) stay home with the kids. They should let the other person have there fun time with friends alone and let them just have their own free time away from everything....

People should always make there life fun and want to live each day instead of waking up every morning saying "damn i'm still alive." We all just need to find that thing, hobby, sport, person or whatever that makes us happy. People need to stop living off of anger and start living off of a little thing called life and happiness....

Day 4- Favorite Book

I can't say that I have a favorite book but I do have lots of books I like to read.  I have never been able to re-read a book like I re-watch movies.  My favorite series of books is Harry Potter!!!!!!

I loved the books and I love the movies just as much!  I also love to read books that are written by Jody Picoult.

I love how she writes.  There has only been one book of hers that I couldn't get through so for me that means she is a great author!

Day 3- Favorite TV Show

I don't really watch much TV unless I am not feeling well over the weekend but when I do watch TV I love to watch Dog The Bounty Hunter and The Deadliest Catch.  I will also watch other shows but those two are my all time favorites!!!!!  They are always so exciting and always changing.

Day 2's Prompt is: what is my favorite movie.  This one is hard for me because I love so many movies.  I think I am going to list a few of them and why I love them!

The first movie that I like is The Blind Side.

I love this movie because well I love football and I love to see stories like this.  I don't think there is a football movie out there that I don't totally love.

The second movie I really like would have to be Liar Liar.

This movie will always make me laugh!  I have it memorized and yet I still laugh through most of it!  Jim Carrey does such a great job in this movie.

The third movie that I really like is Apollo 13.

I have loved this movie since I have seen it.  I have it memorized as well and I watch it at least once a week.  Funny side night is there is a guy that I work with that looks a lot think one of mission control guys.

I am going to stop my list right there because I could go on an on about the movies that I love!!!!
