I would love to say that I would do both of them but when it came down to it I know I wouldn't be able to do either of them.

Saturday 9: Should I Stay or Should I Go
1. Have you ever been on a date and you had to tell the person to just go away?
No I have never had to do that thank god!  I may have too though if I start dating again.
2. Do you wish you were someplace else right now? If yes, where?
Nope not really.  I usually pretty easy to please.
3. Do you have any pet peeves?
A lot of them.  One of the biggest ones is listening to people chew when they are eating.  I will get up and leave the room because I can't deal with it.
4. Tell us about a guilty pleasure of yours.
I don't know that I really have any.  I don't let myself feel guilty about a lot.  I guess eating pizza or Subway is one though because I shouldn't eat them because of the Gluten but I can't stop.
5. If you could change places and become a celebrity, who would you'd like to be?
No one.  I wouldn't deal with publicity well.  I am happy being who I am and hiding behind my computer.
6. What do you consider your biggest talent?
I would have to say figuring out things on the computer!

No not really my only favorite is Julia Roberts and she is a huge star.

No I don't sing karaoke.  I am to shy to even try and attempt it.

2. What is your favorite coffee drink?

I don't drink coffee because I think it tastes like burnt popcorn lol

3. If you could choose your own name, what would it be?

I like the name that I have but if I had to chose I would chose Marie.  I am not sure why but I have always like it.

4. Were you ever bullied?

I sure was from about 5th grade until I graduated from high school.

5. How often do you eat fast food?

I try to only eat it a once a week if that.  This week I haven't eaten out at all!

Advice & Why I Am Glad To Get A Divorce

It is Thursday and that means it is time for Mama Kat's Writers Workshop.  I haven't done this in awhile because none of her prompts seemed like something I could write about but this week there are two of them that I want to write about.  So here goes nothing hope you all enjoy this edition of the Writers Workshop.

I am new to the blogging world, having clocked up less than 2 weeks worth of posts, and I have just had an ‘Anonymous’ commenter slam me for blogging about my daughter, mentioning her by name, posting photos and up-to-date stories about her. I have not mentioned anywhere in my blog where we live, Country OR State, or what school she goes to. I have also seen, on several other blogs, that other parents do the same thing as me. Some even mention where they live. I was wondering, as a fellow blogger who posts about your family, what are your thoughts on the subject?

Well I would tell the people who have anything to say to just go away.  It is your blog and you can post whatever you want.  If you are fine posting that stuff don't worry about what everyone else thinks.  It isn't really any of their business what you post on your blog.  I love how people think that because they are comfortable with posting those things on their own blogs and everyone else shouldn't post them either.
I guess the best way to put it is it is your blog post what you want and tell everyone else if they don't like it they don't have to read it!

1. Have you ever fired a gun or shot a bow and arrow?
I think at a church camp I shot a bow and arrow once but I have never shot a gun but I really want to learn how to do it.
2. Do you know where your childhood best friends are?
Not really.  I never stayed close to any of them.
3. Do you usually arrive early, late, or on time?
Early for the most part.  If I am on time I think I am late.  That is how my brain works for me so I always have to be early.
4. Are you more of a New York or California type?
New York-I have a big mouth and I tend to be rude and speak with out thinking.
5. Do you have a special ring tone?
Nope I sure don't-The phone I am using isn't that fancy but I always used to have them on my other phone.
6. What is your favorite type of chip?
Any of them-I love chips I don't think I could pick just one kind of them.
7. Best comedy you've ever seen is ....
Liar Liar or anything by Jeff Dunham or Brain Haner (don't think I spelled his last name write and I am too lazy to google it)

No I haven't not even when I was little did I cut it.
9. If you were going to have an extreme makeover, would you rather it be about your house or your personal self?
House for sure- Hell just give me a house and I will be happy.
10. Are you allergic to anything?
To many things to list actually-When I went to the allergist to see what I was allergic to he said I was one of the most allergic people he has seen in a long time.
11. Why is it so hard to change?
I like routine and changes is totally not in my personality so no matter how hard I try I am not good at it at all.  I am working on getting better with it though.

I don't have any and I have decided that love sucks major ass!!!!!

As Seen On TV

It is Monday and that means it is time for Supah's Monday MeMe.  This week it is about a as seen on TV project that we bought or that we would like to buy!  The only thing I have bought is the Magic Bullet!

Now I have to say that when I got it I was super happy about it but after awhile I found that it really isn't as good as a blender is.  I love using it for desert and what not but for things like drinks it doesn't really work very well.  When I tried to use it to chop things up it didn't work well at all.  Over all I still love it and will never get rid of it.  It just isn't as useful as they make it seem.
I also got a snuggie for Christmas and I have decided that it is just just a blanket with arms.  I can say that I don't really like it and I would never have bought one for myself.  My grandma is the one who uses it now.  It isn't very thick at all.   I guess I would rather just have my heating blanket.

I try and do it once every two weeks but lately I haven't had the energy to do it.  I did change them today though and in the process hurt my back doing it.

It is November 26th.

Get rid of my fat stomach!  I hate it and no matter what I do it won't go away so I have just given up on it!

I depends on if it is curly or straight but usually every other day or so.

I have two cats that are like my kids.

I belong to a few of them and I would love to give up Myspace.  In fact I could probably get rid of it because I hardly ever get on it anymore!

1. Have you ever hit an animal with your vehicle?

Yes I have hit quail while I was driving to work.  I think they are the dumbest birds alive.  They see you coming and run out into the road.

2. When you see a string on your clothes do you pull it off or cut if off?

I usually try and pull it off but most of the time I end up cutting it of because my hands are very strong anymore because of the MS and the fact that they are numb.

3. Did you have your own room or share a room when you were young?

I have always had my own room.  I don't know how to share a room so even though I have been married I am still not good and sharing a room or my bed.

4. Would you rather wear the same thing for the rest of your life or eat the same thing for the rest of your life?

Wear the same thing.  It doesn't matter to me if I wear the same thing every day.  Whats bugs me is always eating the same thing.

5. What was your favorite TV show as a child?

I didn't watch much TV as a child so I really have no idea what I did watch.

Finally This Week Is Half Done!

I want to thank everyone for all the kind words and for sticking behind me.  It is nice to know that I am really not alone in all of this.  Now not only do I have Misti, and Jill I also have people who read my blog and are there if I just need to vent or blow off some steam.  I am so thankful that people can see like I do why I can't trust him again and why it just won't work.  I feel like I am on a roller coaster with him anymore.  One day he is nice and caring and then other days he is a total ass about everything.  I just feel like I am going crazy.  Right now he is being nice to me and I hope that is stays this way but god only knows when he will be a dick head to me again.  I am trying to hard to stay positive about the whole situation and know that in the end it will be okay but when he is a jerk it just makes me feel so bad about everything.  I hope that he will figure it out soon or I am going to have to stop talking to him because I can't continue to do this whole up and down thing with him anymore.  That is it for today because my brain is tired and I am emotional exhausted.

A Very Hard To Write Update & Monday's MeMe With Supah

Well it is about time I let everyone in blogland know what is going on and about my letters to Josh.  I decided that it was time to let Josh go because I was never going to be able to trust him after he left me on Christmas Day in 2008.  We had gotten back together and I was really trying to trust him again and find the love I once had for him but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't find it.  I wish that I could find it because I feel like I am losing one of my really good friends but he says that he can't be friends with me once the divorce is final.  I am really struggling with everything because the only person that really is supporting me is Misti.  I am tired of my grandparents telling me that they told me not to marry him.  I mean they are right but they don't have to keep throwing it in my face.  Is it really that hard to be supportive and pay a little bit of attention to me when I need it.  They are both so wrapped up in my brothers life that they don't care about what is going on with me and that I need someone just to be around me.  For the first time in my life I like being at work because there are people here and Misti is here.  When I am at work I don't feel like the world has forgotten about me.  I know people haven't but that is how it feels right now.
So Josh called me today at work because I had text him to find out how we were going to work out the phone bill this month and when he called me back he was a total jerk.  When just last night he was begging me to come back to him?!?!?  He leaves me so confused and even more depressed than I have been.  I don't know where to go or what to do from here.

I found this quote a few years back and I realize more than anything now that it so true.  My whole life I have done things because I had to do them and now I realize that all of my trials have made me strong.  I would be the women I am today with out every crapy thing that has ever happened to me.  I think I will finally except that I am strong but also say I am strong because I have no other choice but to be!

Saturday 9: It's a Beautiful Morning

1. Are you a morning person?
Nope not at all-But I do manage to get to work early even though I am always half asleep driving here.
2. Tell us of a news story that truly shocked you.
The one I think of right now was a about two little girls ages 3 & 2 I believe (I could be wrong) that were walking down a major road at 9 pm.  Their mother didn't even know they were gone until 6:30 in the morning.  Supposedly their older sister was watching them while the mom was at work and when she got home she ask her where the two little girls were at.  She just assumed that the older daughter was right and didn't even go and check on them.  
I am not a mom but who doesn't check on their kids at least once a night to make sure they are alright and what not.  My grandma always checked on us.
3. What was your very first job?
I cleaned at an elementary school starting at age 14.
4. What characteristics do you despise?
Lying, unreliable-I am sure there is more but those are my top two!
5. To where would you retire?
Somewhere warm and around my friends.

My first name is after my moms mom and my middle name is my dad's mom's middle name.

I have an update about what is going on coming this weekend!

Steak & Pork Chops

Well this is the first week for this MeMe and I had something happen to me at home that fit into it perfectly this week. 

One night I had gotten home from work and I was in the kitchen talking to me grandma.  My grandma asked my grandpa how he liked his steak that she had cooked for him.  He looked at her and said I didn't have a steak.  I had a pork chop.  After he walked out of the I looked at grandma and said we need to get him a stupid sign!

Me & The MS

This post has been harder for me to write than when I posted Brita’s story.  I began to get sick when I was in 10^th grade.  The first really symptom that I can remember is my left leg started to drag.  It would just stop working at random times.  I can remember in gym class that year we had to run the mile for a grade and I did my best but I was going to fail the class because I could run it fast enough because my leg was dragging.   We went to the doctors and lets just say the only reason they did an MRI was because my grandma pushed for it.  When that came back they called us in because they needed to talk to us.  They said that there was what they call lesions on the brain.  They show up as white spots on the brain.  They told us that they needed to do a spinal tap to rule out MS. 

The spinal tap in and of it self was a huge ordeal to say the least.  I got the spinal tap on a Thursday and by Saturday I was so sick.  I had a huge headache and was throwing up.  So we went to the ER because it was obvious that my spinal tap hadn’t sealed.  When we got the ER they made me lay in the waiting for about an hour until they took me back to a room.  After they knew what was going on they wanted to send me home because the guy that could fix it was on call and he didn’t want to come and do a blood patch.  He finally came in after my grandparents raised a living hell because I could have died if I didn’t get a blood patch ASAP.

When the results of the spinal tap came back they called us in again and told my and my grandparents and I had Multiple Sclerosis.  They wanted to start me right away on Avonex.  I don’t really remember much of the next couple of months.  I think I was still numb to the whole situation.  What I do remember is how sick the medication made me every weekend.  I took the shot on Friday nights and spent the whole weekend with flu like symptoms. I stopped taking that medication after awhile and started on Copaxone.  With that one I had to take a shot everyday and that didn’t last very long either.

I was pretty stable and not much went on until a year ago and that is when my hand went numb and it got hard to do anything with them.  Slow I have been able to use them more but it feels like they are asleep all of the time anymore.  I started on Tysabri about a year ago and so far it has worked the best but I also has a major problem with it as well.  You can develop a condition known as PML that will basically make you a vegetable.  They are finding out that the longer you are on the drug the higher your chances are of getting this serious condition. I am not sure how much longer I will be on this medication but I don’t have any other options right now.

I am grumpy and not very nice if I have to go to the hospital.

I was always happy when I was in school and since it only happened once it was short lived.  I always wished that we would have more snow days!
3. What is one domestic skill you wish you could improve?
Cleaning-I am not good at cleaning at all and I hate it.
4. Do you decorate your home for Valentine's Day?
No-I dislike the holiday greatly.  
5. What song is on your mind today?
Welcome to my life-I can't remember who it is by but it is an old song that I love.
6. Do you prefer contemporary movies or classic?
I like any movies.  I am not too picky when it comes to movies.
7. How well do you "compartmentalize" your feelings? For example, how well can you put aside a really trying moment to deal with the immediate situation which is not related to the trying moment, e.g., putting aside a tiff with your spouse in order to finish wallpapering a room.
I don't do it well at all-If someone pisses me off everyone after them will get to hear about it.
8. What is the first thing that attracted you to your spouse? (Or if you're single, to your best friend.)
Their personalities and how they treat other people.
9. When was the last time your heart raced?
It does it all the time and when it does it it is never a good thing.
10. What are your memories of Valentine's Day at school?
I always hated it-I was always the kid in high school that wanted a flower but never got one.
11. If you were going to receive candy for Valentine's Day, which would you prefer?
Probably fruit covered in chocolate.
12. Red or pink?
I am not really a fan of either of them.

Montel Williams-He has MS and I would like to thank him for all the money and things he has done for the MS Society.

To finish college and get a job in whatever field I go into.

I am so ready to move it isn't funny.  I am not sure where I want to go but I just wanna pack up my car with my stuff and my kids and go.
