SWINE FLU Q & A

What you need to know and how to help protect yourself from infection.
By the Editors of MSN Health
Swine flu in the U.S.?
If you're worried about the flurry of news on pandemics, epidemics, and public health emergencies, here are some key facts provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help you understand how swine flu is spread and what you can do to help prevent infection. Current updates on the spread of swine flu are available at the CDC's Swine Flu Web site.
What is Swine flu?
Swine flu is a respiratory disease normally found in pigs and caused by type A influenza viruses. While outbreaks of this type of flu are most common in pigs, human cases of swine flu do happen. In the past, reports of human swine flu have been rare—approximately one infection every one to two years in the United States. From December 2005 through February 2009, only 12 cases of human infection were documented.
How is it spread?
Humans with direct exposure to pigs are those most commonly infected with swine flu. Human-to-human spread of swine flu viruses have been documented; however, it's not known how easily the spread occurs. Just as the common flu is passed along, swine flu is thought to be spread by coughing, sneezing, or touching something that has the live virus on it.
If infected, a person may be able to infect another person one day before symptoms develop; therefore, a person is able to pass the flu on before they know they are sick. Infected individuals may spread the virus for seven or more days after becoming sick. Those with swine flu should be considered potentially contagious as long as they are showing symptoms, and up to seven days or longer from the onset of their illness. Children might be contagious for longer periods of time.
Can I catch swine flu from eating pork?
No. The CDC says that swine flu viruses are not transmitted by food. Properly cooking pork to an internal temperature of 160°F kills all bacteria and viruses.
What are the symptoms of swine flu?
Symptoms of swine flu are similar to those of a regular flu: fever and chills, sore throat, cough, headache, body aches, and fatigue. Diarrhea and vomiting can also be present. Without a specific lab test, it is impossible to know whether you may be suffering from swine flu or another flu strain, or a different disease entirely.
What precautionary measures should I take?
The same everyday precautions that you take to prevent other contagious viruses should be used to protect yourself against swine flu. "The best current advice is for individuals to practice good hand hygiene. Periodic hand washing with soap and water, or the use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when hand washing is not possible, is a good preventive measure. Also, avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth, as germs can more easily gain entrance into your body through those areas," suggests Rob Danoff, D.O., an MSN health expert. Covering your mouth with a disposable tissue when you cough and sneeze is also a good practice.
The CDC recommends avoiding contact with sick people and keeping your own good health in check with adequate sleep, exercise, and a nutritious diet.
What should you do if you think you are sick with swine flu?
Contact your health care professional, inform them of your symptoms, and ask whether you should be tested for swine flu. Be prepared to give details on how long you've been feeling ill and about any recent travels. Your health care provider will determine whether influenza testing or treatment is needed. If you feel sick, but are not sure what illness you may have, stay home until you have been diagnosed properly to avoid spreading any infection.
Watch for these symptoms in children. Seek emergency medical care if your child experiences any of the following warning signs:
Fever with a rash
Dehydration
Fast breathing
Bluish skin coloration
Slow to wake or sluggish interaction
Flu-like symptoms improve, but then return and cough worsens
Severe irritability
For adults, emergency medical care is needed if you experience these warning signs:
Difficulty breathing
Dizziness
Confusion
Severe or persistent vomiting
Pain or pressure in the chest or stomach
Remember that the symptoms for swine flu are almost identical to those you might experience with the regular flu. Only your doctor can give you the correct diagnosis.
Are there medicines effective in treating swine flu in humans?
The current strain of the swine flu appears to respond to the use of oseltamivir (Tamiflu) or zanamivir (Relenza) for those infected. For treatment, these antiviral drugs work best if started soon after getting sick (within two days of the appearance of symptoms).

DRAMA FILLED NIGHT

WELL LAST NIGHT WAS DRAMA FILLED THAT IS FOR SURE. I KNOW CAN SEE WHAT OTHERS SAW WHEN JOSH AND I FOUGHT ALL THE TIME. IT WAS A JOKE THAT IS FOR SURE. I TRIED NOT TO ARGUE AND HOME SO THAT OTHERS WOULDN'T HAVE TO HEAR US. WELL MY BROTHER AND LACHELLE DON'T HAVE THE SAME CONSIDERATION. THEY STARTED FIGHTING AT LIKE 10:30 LAST NIGHT AND DIDN'T STOP UNTIL ABOUT 1 AND THEN IT STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN AT 5:30 THIS MORNING. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE ARGUMENT WAS ABOUT BUT I FINALLY SAID SOMETHING AND OF COURSE THAT CAUSED MY LITTLE BROTHER TO GET MAD AT ME, BUT WHAT I SAID WAS SOON FORGOTTEN BECAUSE MY GRANDMA CALLED HER A BRAT. LOL MY GRANDMA SAID SHE WOULD HAVE KILLED MY LITTLE BROTHER AND I IF WE ACTED LIKE SHE WAS ACTING. MY BROTHER THEN GOT MAD AT GRANDMA FOR CALLING HER A BRAT. HELL SHE WAS ACTING LIKE A BRAT. SO WHEN IT IS ALL SAID AND DONE I GOT ABOUT 3 HOURS OF SLEEP LAST NIGHT. LIVING THERE IS SUCH A JOKE THAT IS FOR SURE. LACHELLE WAS ON A BITCH ALL WEEKEND LONG THOUGH. I AM NOT SURE WHY SHE ALWAYS PISSY BUT GRANDPA HAS HAD ABOUT ENOUGH OF IT I THINK. HE SAID THAT HER AND HIM ARE GOING TO SIT DOWN AND TALK SO WE WILL SEE IF THAT EVER HAPPENS.
I WAS SO SAD THAT THE WEATHER SUCKED ALL WEEKEND LONG. I WAS WANTING TO WALK TO TRY AND LOSE SOME WEIGHT BUT IT WAS ALWAYS RAINING SO I COULDN'T WALK OUTSIDE. I WILL TRY AGAIN TONIGHT. I HAVE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT THAT I HAVE GAINED LATELY. I AM BACK IN MY FAT CLOTHES AGAIN AND THAT ALWAYS MAKES FOR A BAD BAD DAY.
THE GIRLS ARE ALWAYS OUTSIDE NOW. THEY ARE LOVING THE WARM WEATHER. THEY WERE SAD ALL WEEKEND CAUSE THEY COULDN'T GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY. I HOPE IT STAYS NICE FROM NOW ON. I AM TIRED OF COLD FOR RIGHT NOW AND SO ARE THE GIRLS!
THIS SWINE FLU IS REALLY SCARING ME IT MAKES ME WANNA BE A HERMIT AND NOT EVEN WORK. I AM SCARED THAT I WILL CATCH IT. ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM BEING CAREFUL AND I PRAY TO GOD THAT I DON'T CATCH IT.

US declares public health emergency for swine flu
April 26th, 2009 @ 2:58pm
WASHINGTON (AP) - The U.S. declared a public health emergency Sunday to deal with the emerging new swine flu, much like the government does to prepare for approaching hurricanes.
Officials reported 20 U.S. cases of swine flu in five states so far, with the latest in Ohio and New York. Unlike in Mexico where the same strain appears to be killing dozens of people, cases in the United State have been mild _ and U.S. health authorities can't yet explain why.
"As we continue to look for cases, we are going to see a broader spectrum of disease," predicted Dr. Richard Besser, acting chief of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "We're going to see more severe disease in this country."
At a White House news conference, Besser and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano sought to assure Americans that health officials are taking all appropriate steps to minimize the impact of the outbreak.
Top among those is declaring the public health emergency. As part of that, Napolitano said roughly 12 million doses of the drug Tamiflu will be moved from a federal stockpile to places where states can quickly get their share if they decide they need it. Priority will be given to the five states with known cases so far: California, Texas, New York, Ohio and Kansas.
Napolitano called the emergency declaration standard operating procedure _ one was declared recently for the inauguration and for flooding. She urged people to think of it as a "declaration of emergency preparedness."
"Really that's what we're doing right now. We're preparing in an environment where we really don't know ultimately what the size of seriousness of this outbreak is going to be."

THIS STUFF SCARES ME BECAUSE SOMETHING LIKE THIS COULD KILL ME. SO WHEN I HEAR THINGS LIKE THIS I GET SCARED BECAUSE IF I CATCH THIS CHANCES ARE I WON'T RECOVER BECAUSE OF THE INFUSIONS AND WHAT THEY DO TO MY IMMUNE SYSTEM.

Mexico fights swine flu with 'pandemic potential'
April 25th, 2009 @ 12:02pm
By MARK STEVENSON Associated Press Writer
MEXICO CITY (AP) - A new swine flu strain that has killed as many as 68 people and sickened more than 1,000 across Mexico has "pandemic potential," the World Health Organization chief said Saturday, and it may be too late to contain the sudden outbreak.
The disease has already reached Texas and California, and with 24 new suspected cases reported Saturday in Mexico City alone, schools were closed and all public events suspended in the capital until further notice _ including more than 500 concerts and other gatherings in the metropolis of 20 million.
A hot line fielded 2,366 calls in its first hours from frightened city residents who suspected they might have the disease. Soldiers and health workers handed out masks at subway stops, and hospitals dealt with crowds of people seeking help.
The World Health Organization's director-general, Margaret Chan, said the outbreak of the never-before-seen virus is a very serious situation and has "pandemic potential." But she said it is still too early to tell if it would become a worldwide outbreak.
"The situation is evolving quickly," Chan said in a telephone news conference in Geneva. "A new disease is by definition poorly understood."
This virus is a mix of human, pig and bird strains that prompted WHO to meet Saturday to consider declaring an international public health emergency _ a step that could lead to travel advisories, trade restrictions and border closures. Spokesman Gregory Hartl said a decision would not be made Saturday.
Scientists have warned for years about the potential for a pandemic from viruses that mix genetic material from humans and animals. Another reason to worry is that authorities said the dead so far don't include vulnerable infants and elderly. The Spanish flu pandemic, which killed at least 40 million people worldwide in 1918-19, also first struck otherwise healthy young adults.
This swine flu and regular flu can have similar symptoms _ mostly fever, cough and sore throat, though some of the U.S. victims who recovered also experienced vomiting and diarrhea. But unlike with regular flu, humans don't have natural immunity to a virus that includes animal genes _ and new vaccines can take months to bring into use.
But experts at the WHO and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say the nature of this outbreak may make containment impossible. Already, more than 1,000 people have been infected in as many as 14 of Mexico's 32 states, according to daily newspaper El Universal. Tests show 20 people have died of the swine flu, and 48 other deaths were probably due to the same strain.
The CDC and Canadian health officials were studying samples sent from Mexico, and airports around the world were screening passengers from Mexico for symptoms of the new flu strain, saying they may quarantine passengers.
But CDC officials dismissed the idea of trying that in the United States, and some expert said it's too late to try to contain spread of the virus.
They noted there had been no direct contact between the cases in the San Diego and San Antonio areas, suggesting the virus had already spread from one geographic area through other undiagnosed people.
"Anything that would be about containing it right now would purely be a political move," said Michael Osterholm, a University of Minnesota pandemic expert.
Mexican President Felipe Calderon said his government only discovered the nature of the virus late Thursday, with the help of international laboratories. "We are doing everything necessary," he said in a brief statement.
But the government had said for days that its growing flu caseload was nothing unusual, so the sudden turnaround angered many who wonder if Mexico missed an opportunity to contain the outbreak.
"Why did it break out, where did it break out? What's the magnitude of the problem?" pizzeria owner David Vasquez said while taking his family to a movie Friday night, despite warnings to stay out of theaters.
Across Mexico's capital, residents reacted with fatalism and confusion, anger and mounting fear at the idea that their city may be ground zero for a global epidemic.
Authorities urged people to stay home if they feel sick and to avoid shaking hands or kissing people on the cheeks.
Outside Hospital Obregon in the capital's middle-class Roma district, a tired Dr. Roberto Ortiz, 59, leaned against an ambulance and sipped coffee Saturday on a break from an unusually busy shift.
"The people are scared," Ortiz said. "A person gets some flu symptoms or a child gets a fever and they think it is this swine flu and rush to the hospital."
He said none of the cases so far at the hospital had turned out to be swine flu.
Jose Donasiano Rosales, 69, got nervous on the subway and decided to get out one stop early.
"I felt I couldn't be there for even one more station," Donasiano said as he set up a rack to sell newspapers on a busy thoroughfare. "We're in danger of contagion. ... I'm worried."
The local Roman Catholic Church recommended that priests shorten Mass; place communion wafers in worshippers' hands, instead of their mouths; and ask parishioners to avoid kissing or shaking hands during the rite of peace. The Archdiocese also said Catholics could fulfill their Mass obligation by radio.
One official said Mexico City may not be the epicenter of the outbreak _ and could be appearing to the brunt simply because it is home to the most sophisticated medical centers.
"The country's best health care facilities are concentrated in the city," said city Health Secretary Armando Ahued. "All the cases here get reported, that's why the number is so high."
The same virus also sickened at least eight people in Texas and California, though there have been no deaths north of the border, puzzling experts at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
A "seed stock" genetically matched to the new swine flu virus has been created by the CDC, said Dr. Richard Besser, the agency's acting director. If the government decides vaccine production is necessary, manufacturers would need that stock to get started.
The CDC says two flu drugs, Tamiflu and Relenza, seem effective against the new strain. Roche, the maker of Tamiflu, said the company is prepared to immediately deploy a stockpile of the drug if requested. Both drugs must be taken early, within a few days of the onset of symptoms, to be most effective.
Mexico's Health Secretary Jose Angel Cordova said the country has enough Tamiflu to treat 1 million people _ only one in 20 people in greater Mexico City alone _ and that the medicine will be strictly controlled and handed out only by doctors.
At Mexico's National Institute of Respiratory Illnesses, Adrian Anda waited to hear whether his 15-year-old daughter had the frightening new disease. She had been suffering a cough and fever for a week.
"If they say that it is, then we'll suffer. Until then, we don't want to think about it," he said.

DOCTORS APPOINTMENT

YESTERDAY I HAD A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT WITH MY MS DOCTOR. IT WENT REALLY WELL SHE WAS HAPPY TO KNOW THAT I WAS ON THE TYSABRI AGAIN. SHE ALSO INCREASE THE PILL THAT I TAKE AT NIGHT FOR MY MIGRAINES AND THAT HELPS ME SLEEP. SO NOW I AM TAKING 100 MG OF IT. SHE AND I BOTH KNOW THAT I HAVE A HIGH TOLERANCE FOR PILLS. SO I TOOK 100 LAST NIGHT AND IT REALLY DIDN'T HELP ME SLEEP SO I WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS WITH IT. MY NEXT INFUSION IS ON FRIDAY SO WE WILL SEE HOW THAT GOES BUT I AM SURE I WILL BE JUST FINE. I AM NOT WORRIED ABOUT IT AT ALL. SO ALL IN ALL THINGS ARE GOOD WITH ME AND I CAN FINALLY START LIVING AGAIN NOW THAT I HAVE FOUND A TREATMENT THAT WILL WORK.

UPDATE ON LACHELLE

WELL IT LOOKS LIKE THE STORY I GOT OF HER SMASHING HER FINGER WAS WRONG. I GUESS SHE HURT IT IN SOFTBALL AND IT LOOKS LIKE SHE BROKE IT. SO IT IS ALITTLE LESS FUNNY BUT NOT MUCH. THE DOCTOR WOULDN'T GIVE HER ANY PAIN PILLS SO SHE HAD TO DEAL WITH IT. THIS MORNING I HAD TO DO HER HAIR FOR HER BECAUSE YOU CAN'T REALLY DO HAIR ONE HANDED. IN FACT THERE ISN'T MUCH YOU CAN DO ONE HANDED.

April 21, 2009

LACHELLE

SO I DECIDED LAST NIGHT AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR OF LAUGHING THAT SHE IS A PUSSY! I GUESS SHE SLAMMED HER FINGER IN A DOOR AND WAS ACTING LIKE IT WAS THE END OF THE WORLD. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE THROW AS BIG OF A FIT AS SHE DID. IT WAS GREAT ENTERTAINMENT THAT IS FOR SURE. I AM NOT SURE IF SHE EVER DID LET MY GRANDMA REWRAP IT OR WHAT NOT. IT WAS SURE FUNNY THOUGH. SHE ALWAYS TALKS ALL BIG AND BAD AND WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO IT SHE WAS NOTHING BUT A PUSSY. EVEN MY BROTHER WAS CALLING HER A PUSSY LOL. IT WAS ALL I COULD DO TO NOT TELL HER TO SHUT UP IT ISN'T THE END OF THE WORLD. I DID MANAGE TO KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT THOUGH.

ARROGANT AMERICAN'S, MR. PRESIDENT?

Peter Heck - Guest Columnist - 4/14/2009 7:50:00 AM
As I was sitting in church waiting for the start of the service, my grandpa came walking towards me pointing his finger. No matter how old I get, and no matter how long he's been out of the U.S. Navy, that's still an intimidating sight. As he approached me, his voice quivered as he said, "We saved that continent twice...how dare my president apologize for this country's arrogance." My grandpa is right. Americans need not apologize to the world for their arrogance; rather, Americans should apologize to their forefathers for the arrogance of their president. Barack Obama's first foreign trip as President of the United States has confirmed the naiveté so many of us feared during the election cycle. But worse than that, it has also demonstrated that our president suffers from either a complete misunderstanding of our heritage and history, or an utter contempt for it. Neither is excusable.

Garnering cheers from the French of all people, President Obama declared, "In America, there is a failure to appreciate Europe's leading role in the world. Instead of celebrating your dynamic union and seeking to partner with you to meet common challenges, there have been times where America has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive." Consider that Obama spoke these words just 500 miles from the beaches of Normandy, where the sand is still stained with 65-year-old blood of "arrogant Americans." Indeed, columnist Mark Whittington observes, "One should remind Mr. Obama and the Europeans how America has 'shown arrogance' by saving Europe from itself innumerable times in the 20th Century. World War I, World War II, the Cold War, and the wars in the Balkans were largely resolved by American blood, treasure, and leadership." But all that appears lost on the president's seemingly insatiable quest to mend fences he imagines have been tarnished by the bullish George W. Bush. If Obama wishes to continue trampling the presidential tradition of showing class to former office holders and publicly trash Bush for his own personal gain, so be it. But all Americans should make clear that no man - even if he is the president - will tarnish the legacy of those Americans who have gone before us. Ours is not a history of arrogance. It is a history of courage, self-sacrifice, and honor. When abusive monarchs repressed the masses, Americans resisted and overthrew them. When misguided policies led to the unjust oppression of fellow citizens, Americans rebelled and overturned them. When millions of impoverished and destitute wretches sought a new beginning, Americans threw open the door and welcomed them. When imperial dictators were on the march, Americans surrendered their lives to stop them. When communist thugs threatened world peace, Americans bled to defeat them. When an entire continent was overwhelmed with famine and hunger, Americans gave of themselves to sustain it. When terrorist madmen killed the innocent and subjugated millions, Americans led the fight to topple them. This is the legacy that generations of Americans have left. If President Obama seeks stronger relations with the world community, perhaps he should begin by reminding them of these very truths, rather than condemning his own countrymen on foreign shores. This "obsessive need to put down his own country," has caused blogger James Lewis to call President Obama a "stunningly ignorant man" who has evidently never spoken to a concentration camp survivor, a Cuban refugee, a boat person from Vietnam, a Soviet dissident, or a survivor of Mao's purges. Unfortunately, I can no longer bring myself to give Mr. Obama that benefit of the doubt. Not after looking at the pain in my grandpa's eyes...a man who still carries shrapnel in his body from his service to this country. As a student and teacher of history, I recognize that America has made mistakes...plenty of them, in fact. But one of the great things about our people has been their courage and humility in admitting and correcting those mistakes. God willing, they will prove that willingness again in four years and correct the mistake that is the presidency of Barack Obama.

WELL IT IS FRIDAY NIGHT AND I AM ALREADY HOME. I KNOW I FIND IT WEIRD TO I AM NEVER HOME THIS EARLY ON A FRIDAY, BUT IT IS MUCH NEEDED FOR ME. I AM REALLY NEED TO GET BETTER. I HAD A REALLY FUN NIGHT THOUGH. AFTER WE GOT OFF OF WORK WE WENT TO A COFFEE SHOP. IT WAS REALLY REALLY FUN UNTIL ONE OF THE WORKS MADE A DUMB COMMENT TO US. HE BASICALLY STEREOTYPED US. HE WAS PLAYING DIFFERENT MUSIC BUT IT WASN'T BAD ALL. I KIND OF LIKED IT. HE SAID I BET YOU TWO DON'T LIKE THIS MUSIC. I WAS LIKE WTF??? MISTI AND I JUST LOOKED AT EACH OTHER AND THEN GOT UP AND LEFT. AFTER THE COFFEE SHOP HER AND I WENT TO DINNER AT THE LONESTAR STEAK HOUSE IN SUGAR HOUSE. IT WAS REALLY REALLY YUMMY. WE BOTH HAD A DRINK AND ATE. WE STAYED THERE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. YOU WOULD THINK THAT HER AND I NEVER SEE EACH OTHER BECAUSE WE CAN TALK FOR HOURS. WHAT PEOPLE DON'T KNOW IS THAT WE ARE TOGETHER ALL WEEK LONG AT WORK AND MOST WEEKENDS. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GOOD FRIDAY NIGHT. IT WAS A GOOD CHANGE TO NOT GO TO A CLUB. I REALLY ENJOY JUST SITTING AT A COFFEE SHOP AND PLAY CARD GAMES LIKE WE DID TODAY.
I REALLY WISH THAT I COULD GET OVER WHATEVER I HAVE. IT IS SURE GETTING OLD BEING SICK ALL THE DAMN TIME. THIS AFTERNOON MY GLAND ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY THROAT GOT REALLY SWOLLEN AND IT MADE MY EAR HURT. IT IS GETTING TO BE A JOKE THAT IS FOR SURE. I AM REALLY WONDERING HOW LONG I CAN BE SICK. IT IS FUNNY THAT I AM STILL SICK FROM MY LAST INFUSION AND THE NEXT INFUSION IS ONLY A WEEK AWAY. OH WELL IT HAS TO BE DONE AND I CAN'T COMPLAIN CAUSE I AM THE ONE THAT CHOOSE TO TAKE THE MEDICATION. I AM SURE I WILL GET BETTER AT SOME POINT. I WON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN THAT DAY HAPPENS BUT I AM SURE IT WILL BE NICE THAT IS FOR SURE.
JOSH CALLED ME TODAY AND SAID THAT THE PEOPLE FIXING HIS TRUCK SAID THAT THEY FOUND HIS WEDDING RING. HE THOUGHT THAT HE HAD LOST IT WHEN HE ROLLED HIS TRUCK. HE WAS HAPPY WHEN HE TOLD ME THAT. I WASN'T AS EXCITED THAT IS FOR SURE. I GUESS HE IS IN SPRINGFIELD TO GET HIS TRUCK. I AM NOT SURE WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO ABOUT HIS GIRLFRIEND BUT I GUESS THAT REALLY ISN'T MY BUSINESS. HE CAN DO WHATEVER WILL MAKE HIM HAPPY.

ELINORE

WELL IT HAS BEEN AWHILE SINCE I HAVE POSTED AND NOT MUCH HAS HAPPENED. ELINORE HAS A COLD NOW. I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO FOR HER. I FEEL SO BAD FOR HER. SHE KEEPS SNEEZING AND RUBBING HER NOSE WITH HER PAW. I TALKED TO GRANDMA ABOUT IT AND SHE SAID ALL I CAN DO IS WAIT IT OUT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO TAKE HER BACK TO THE VET. IT COST ME 200 LAST WEEKEND TO TAKE THEM FOR THERE SHOTS AND YEARLY CHECK-UP. THEY COST ME SO MUCH IT IS A JOKE. OH WELL GUESS THAT COMES WITH HAVING CATS THAT ARE LIKE MY KIDS. THE NEXT EXPENSE WILL BE WHEN I HAVE SYLVIA SHAVED. I AM GOING TO HAVE THE DONE THE END OF MAY SO THAT SHE WILL HAVE SHORT HAIR FOR THE SUMMER TIME. I AM SURE SHE WILL HATE ME WHEN I DO IT BUT OH WELL SHE WILL BE CUTE. I WILL BE SURE TO POST PICTURES OF HER WHEN I GET IT DONE. SHE WILL BE SO CUTE!!!!
I AM STILL SICK WITH THIS DAMN COLD I HAVE HAD SINCE LAST MONTH. IT IS SURE GETTING OLD THAT IS FOR SURE. I JUST WANT TO BE NOT SICK. MY NEXT INFUSION IS IN A WEEK AND FOR THE FIRST TIME I AM NOT NERVOUS ABOUT IT. I AM ACTUALLY READY FOR IT. IT ISN'T SCARY ANYMORE. I ALSO HAVE A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT ON TUESDAY AND THAT WILL BE NICE BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW IF SHE EVEN KNOWS THAT I AM HAVING THE INFUSIONS AGAIN. I ALSO HAVE TO GET PILLS FOR THE HEADACHES I GET AFTER THE INFUSIONS. I WISH THAT I COULD BE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. I AM SO TIRED OF BEING SICK AND WHAT NOT. MY ANXIETY HAS BEEN REALLY REALLY BAD LATELY. I AM NOT SURE WHY BUT I HAVE REALLY BEEN STRUGGLING. IT IS GETTING HARD TO PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE EVERYDAY AND ACT LIKE NOTHING IS WRONG BUT IT IS SOMETHING I HAVE TO DO I GUESS. I HAVE TO ACT LIKE EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT. I AM HOPING THAT ONE DAY THE SMILE I PUT ON WON'T BE FAKE AND I WILL TRUELY BE HAPPY WITH MY LIFE AND WHO I AM.
I AM BACK TO EATING EVERYTHING THAT SUCKS LOL. I AM BACK ON THE DIET. I SHOULDN'T SAY A DIET BECAUSE I HAVE TO EAT LIKE I AM NOW ALL THE TIME. IT SUCKS CAUSE THERE ISN'T MUCH I CAN REALLY EAT BUT IT HAS TO BE DONE SO THAT I WON'T BE THE FAT KID ANYMORE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE FAT KID AND I AM TIRED OF IT. SO I AM GOING TO LOSE THE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF THIS TIME.

April 13, 2009

I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT I CAN'T TRUST JOSH. I JUST CAN'T GET OVER WHAT HE DID OVER CHRISTMAS. I JUST NEED TO GET THE NERVE UP TO TELL HIM HOW I FEEL AND WHAT I AM FEELING. I KNOW SOMETHING WILL PRESENT ITSELF. SOME WAY SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN AND I WILL BE ABLE TO TELL HIM. I JUST KNOW THAT I WILL HURT HIM LIKE HE DID ME ON CHRISTMAS AND I HATE THAT I HAVE TO DO THAT TO HIM.
ELINORE IS FINALLY FEELING BETTER. I GUESS SHE SPENT THE WHOLE NIGHT OUTSIDE LAST NIGHT. GRANDMA PUT HER IN THE GARAGE AND FORGOT ABOUT HER. I DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE BECAUSE SHE WAS UNDER THE BED ALL DAY SO I JUST ASSUMED THAT SHE WAS UNDER THERE AGAIN LAST NIGHT. I AM SUCH A BAD MOM LOL. I HAVE DECIDED THAT WHEN I FINALLY MOVE OUT I WILL LEAVE SYLVIA BEHIND BECAUSE SHE LOVES IT THERE AND MY GRANDPA LOVES HER. I WILL BE SAD BUT I WILL DO IT FOR HER. I GUESS IT IS WHAT PARENTS HAVE TO DO AT TIMES.
MISTI AND I HAD A FALLING OUT ON FRIDAY AND I STILL FEEL BAD ABOUT IT. WE ARE OK NOW BUT WE JUST BOTH GOT TO EACH OTHER. NOW SAYING THAT IT ISN'T HARD FOR US TO PISS EACH OTHER OFF. WE KNOW THE BUTTONS TO PUSH AND WE BOTH ARE HOT HEADS AT TIMES. SO THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, BUT LIKE ALWAYS GIVE IT A DAY OR TWO AND WE ARE BOTH OK. PART OF THE PROBLEM IS THE FACT THAT WE SPEND ALL DAY TOGETHER AND ON WEEKENDS. I THINK WE TEND TO SMOTHER EACH OTHER. SO WE SPENT THE WEEKEND APART AND IT HELPED US BOTH. I KNOW I MISSED HER AND THAT SHE MISSED ME BUT IT WAS MUCH NEEDED FOR ME. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT I LOVE HER AND DESPITE EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON FROM TIME TO TIME SHE IS STILL MY BEST FRIEND AND ALWAYS WILL BE, AND I WILL STAND BEHIND ANY DECISION THAT SHE MAKES EVEN IF I DON'T AGREE WITH THEM.

April 11, 2009

SATURDAY FUN

WELL TODAY WAS FILLED WITH FUN! I HAD TO TAKE THE CATS TO THE VET AND THAT WAS A TREAT TO SAY THE LEAST. IT IS ALWAYS FUN WHEN I HAVE TO TAKE BOTH CATS ANYWHERE ON MY OWN. ONE OF THEM ALWAYS HAS TO BE IN THE BOX AND IT ALWAYS ENDS UP BEING ELINORE BECAUSE SHE IS THE EASIEST ONE TO GET IN AND OUT OF THERE. I AM ALWAYS SCARED THE SYLVIA WILL HURT HERSELF WHILE SHE IS TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE BOX. EVERY TIME I PUT HER IN THE BOX SHE BREAKS HER CLAWS AND HURTS HER NOSE TRYING TO GET OUT OF IT. SO I FIGURE IT WILL BE EASIER TO JUST PUT ELINORE IN THERE AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ONE OF THEM RUNNING AWAY. I TOOK THEM TO A NEW VET AND I REALLY LIKE THIS VET. HE WAS SUPER NICE AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO THE CUBS. HE IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE OLD VET BUT I THINK IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT. HE TOOK TIME TO LOOK AT THE CUBS AND EXAMINE THEM TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL WITH THEM. THEY GAVE ELINORE BENADRYL IN HER MOUTH AND IT MADE HER FOAM AT THE MOUTH. IT WAS KIND OF FUNNY TO SEE. THE VET SAID IT WAS NORMAL FOR THEM TO DO THAT. HE SAID THAT BECAUSE IT TASTES SO BAD THEY ALL HAVE THAT REACTION TO IT. IT WAS INTERESTING TO SAY THE LEAST.
I TALKED TO JOSH ALOT TODAY AND IT MADE MY DAY. I WAS SO GLAD THAT I GOT TO TALK TO HIM. IT SEEMS LIKE FOREVER SINCE WE HAD ACTUAL CONVERSATIONS. IT MAKES ME REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH I MISS HIM. I WAS ABLE TO HIDE FROM IT WHEN WE DIDN'T TALK AND NOW I REALIZE HOW MUCH I HAVE MISSED HIM. I AM MORE CONFUSED THAN EVER NOW ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD DO. ALL I CAN DO IS TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME.

HAPPY EASTER

I WANTED TO WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY EASTER! I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT HOLIDAY AND REMEMBERS THE TRUE MEANING OF THE HOLIDAY.

JOSH WAS IN TOWN YESTERDAY AND WE WENT TO DINNER. I JUST DON'T KNOW THAT I COULD EVER TRUST HIM AGAIN. IT IS SO HARD BECAUSE I WISH AT TIMES THAT I COULD GO BACK IN TIME AND CHANGE ALOT OF THINGS BUT I CAN'T. I KNOW JOSH HAS FINALLY REALIZED WHAT I DID FOR HIM AND HE FEELS BAD THAT HE PROBABLY HAS LOST THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO HIM. I WISH WITH ALL OF ME THAT I COULD TRUST HIM AGAIN. I WANT TO BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I COULD AFTER ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED. IT IS AMAZING HOW TIME HAS CHANGED THE WAY I LOOK AT THINGS. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE ABLE TO TURN DOWN HIM IF HE SAID HE WANTED TO WORK THINGS OUT. I AM AMAZED HOW TIME HAS CHANGED A LOT OF THINGS IN MY HEAD.
I ALSO HAVE TO THANK MISTI FOR STICKING AROUND THROUGH ALL OF MY CRAZINESS. I HAVE RATHER BITCHY LATELY AND SHE JUST TAKES IT IN STRIDE. I AM SO GLAD SHE IS IN MY LIFE SHE CAN MAKE ME SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY. I KNOW SHE IS HAVING A HARD TIME RIGHT NOW AND I JUST HOPE THAT I CAN HELP HER LIKE SHE HAS HELPED ME. SHE WILL NEVER KNOW THE PLACE SHE HAS IN HEART AND HOW MUCH SHE HAS HELPED ME STAY CLEAN AND SOBER LATELY. SO THANK YOU!!!!!!

12 AMUSING EXCUESES FOR BEING LATE TO WORK

By Rachel Zupek, CareerBuilder.com writer
There is no worse feeling than waking up in the morning, rested from good night's sleep, and glancing at the clock, only to do a double-take: You're late!
For most people, knowing they're running late for work strikes the fear of God within them and as a result, they move like there's a
fire under their feet to get ready. They hustle, scramble, frantically throw things into a bag and are out the door to ensure a timely -- though unkempt and graceless -- arrival at the office.
But for a smaller group of people, knowing they are running late for work does absolutely nothing except stimulate their creative juices in order to make up the latest excuse as to why they are late for work -- again.
Twenty percent of workers said they arrive late to work at least once a week, according to a February 2009
CareerBuilder.com survey of more than 8,000 workers. Twelve percent said they are late at least twice a week.
One-third (33 percent) of workers blamed traffic for their tardiness, while 24 percent said lack of sleep was the culprit. Ten percent of workers said getting their kids ready for
school or day care was the main reason they ran late in the morning. Other common reasons included public transportation, wardrobe issues or dealing with pets.
"While some employers tend to be more lenient with worker punctuality, 30 percent say they have terminated an employee for being late," said Rosemary Haefner, vice president of
human resources for CareerBuilder.com. "Workers need to understand their company's policies on tardiness and if they are late, make sure they openly communicate with their managers. Employers have heard every excuse in the book, so honesty is the best policy."
Usimg your imaginationIf you've decided honesty is not the best policy for you, don't try using any of the following excuses as the reason why you're late -- they've been heard before.
Here are 12 of the most outrageous excuses employees have heard for being late to work:

1. My heat was shut off so I had to stay home to keep my snake warm.
2. My husband thinks it's funny to hide my car keys before he goes to work.
3. I walked into a spider web on the way out the door and couldn't find the spider, so I had to go inside and shower again.
4. I got locked in my trunk by my son.
5. My left turn signal was out so I had to make all right turns to get to work.
6. A gurney fell out of an ambulance and delayed traffic.
7. I was attacked by a raccoon and had to stop by the hospital to make sure it wasn't rabid.
8. I feel like I'm in everyone's way if I show up on time.
9. My father didn't wake me up.
10. A groundhog bit my bike tire and made it flat.
11. My driveway washed away in the rain last night.
12. I had to go to bingo.
Follow the cultureThe general rule is that you should be at your desk, working by your designated starting time. Technically, even if you're at your desk "on time" but you're still booting up your computer, saying your hellos and making a cup of coffee -- you're late.
Though you should always try your best to be punctual every morning, sometimes it's safe to observe the company culture. If you arrive to work every morning to find all of your colleagues diligently working asyou're shuffling in, your tardiness will probably stand out. On the other hand, if most people filter in at their own paces -- within reason -- an occasional late arrival will probably go unnoticed.
To be on the safe side, try your best to be on time for work every day. Your boss, co-workers and reputation will thank you for it.

PSALM 55:22

'Friends are God's way of taking care of us.'
This was written by a Metro Denver Hospice Physician:
I was driving home from a meeting this evening about 5, stuck in traffic on Colorado Blvd., and the car started to choke and splutter and die - I barely managed to coast, cursing, into a gas station, glad only that I would not be blocking traffic and would have a somewhat warm spot to wait for the tow truck. It wouldn't even turn over. Before I could make the call, I saw a woman walking out of the 'quickie mart' building, and it looked like she slipped on some ice and fell into a Gas pump, so I got out to see if she was okay . When I got there, it looked more like she had been overcome by sobs than that she had fallen; she was a young woman who looked really haggard with dark circles under her eyes. She dropped something as I helped her up, and I picked it up to give it to her. It was a nickel. At that moment, everything came into focus for me: the crying woman, the ancient Suburban crammed full of stuff with 3 kids in the back (1 in a car seat), and the gas pump reading $4.95. I asked her if she was okay and if she needed help, and she just kept saying 'I don't want my kids to see me crying,' so we stood on the other side of the pump from her car. She said she was driving to California and that things were very hard for her right now. S o I asked, 'And you were praying?' That made her back a away from me a little, but I assured her I was not a crazy person and said, 'He heard you, and He sent me.' I took out my card and swiped it through the card reader on the pump so she could fill up her car completely, and while it was fuelling, walked next door to McDonald's and bought 2 big bags of food, some gift certificates for more, and a big cup of coffee.. She gave the food to the kids in the car, who attacked it like wolves, and we stood by the pump eating fries and talking a little . She told me her name, and that she lived in Kansas CityHer boyfriend left 2 months ago and she had not been able to make ends meet. She knew she wouldn't have money to pay rent Jan 1, and finally in desperation had finally called her parents, with whom she had not spoken in about 5 years. They lived in California and said she could come live with them and try to get on her feet there. So she packed up everything she owned in the car. She told the kids they were going to California for Christmas, but not that they were going to live there. I gave her my gloves, a little hug and said a quick prayer with her for safety on the road. As I was walking over to my car, she said, 'So, are you like an angel or something?' This definitely made me cry. I said, 'Sweetie, at this time of year angels are really busy, so sometimes God uses regular people.' It was so incredible to be a part of someone else's miracle. And of course, you guessed it, when I got in my car it started right away and got me home with no problem. I'll put it in the shop tomorrow to check, but I suspect the mechanic won't find anything wrong. Sometimes the angels fly close enough to you that you can hear the flutter of their wings...

ALLURE WHAT FUN AND MISTI HAD A LOT OF FUN WHICH SHE NEEDED. REST OF THE WEEKEND WAS QUIET AND I WAS OK WITH THAT. I THINK I HAVE A COLD ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IS GOING ON WITH ME.
YESTERDAY I DID VACUMN MY CAR. IT WAS SO NICE OUTSIDE THAT I FIGURED I MIGHT AS WELL GET IT DONE AND OVER WITH. IT TOOK ABOUT 40 MINS. I AM PLANNING ON WASHING THE OUTSIDE OF IT TODAY. SO IT WILL BE ALL PRETTY! I HAVE BEEN DOING SO BAD AT KEEPING IT CLEAN. THIS SUMMER I AM GOING TO GET NEW FLOOR MATS AND THROW AWAY THE ONES THAT I HAVE NOW.
THE GIRLS LOVED THE WEATHER YESTERDAY. THEY LOVE TO GO OUTSIDE AND RUN AND PLAY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM SO HAPPY BEFORE. I AM SURE SYLVIA WILL GO OUTSIDE ALL NIGHT AGAIN LIKE SHE USED TO. I HAVE REALLY STOPPED CARING ABOUT WHAT SHE DOES. I AM THINKING THAT IF I EVER MOVE OUT I MIGHT JUST LEAVE HER THERE. SHE WILL BE HAPPIER THERE ANYWAY. YEAST INFECTION

SO I WENT BACK TO URGENT CARE LAST NIGHT TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS STILL WRONG WITH ME. AFTER THE DID THE STREP TEST THE IDIOT DOCTOR LOOKED IN MY THROAT AND SAID THAT I HAD A YEAST INFECTION. I WAS ALL CONFUSED CAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW THAT YOU COULD HAVE A YEAST INFECTION IN YOUR THROAT. APPARENTLY I WAS WRONG. SO THAT IS THE PROBLEM NOW BUT I THINK I HAVE A COLD ON TOP OF IT ALL. SO I AM HOPING THAT ALL OF THIS WILL GO AWAY SOON BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW. I AM GETTING TIRED AND BITCHY CAUSE I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR SO LONG.
I AM SO EXCITED THAT IS IT SUNNY TODAY. I AM GOING TO TRY AND CLEAN THE INSIDE OF MY CAR. IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE DONE IT AND IT IS MUCH NEEDED. I HAVE BEEN SLACKING WHEN IT COMES TO CLEANING IT OUT. I REFUSE TO CLEAN IT OUT WHEN IT IS SNOWING OR COLD OUTSIDE. SO TODAY IS THE DAY TO DO IT.

SAD STORY!

Sources: 16 killed in N.Y. rampage
Gunman blocks back door, opens fire at immigrant offices in Binghamton

Binghamton shooter deadApril 3: Law enforcement officials tell NBC's Pete Williams that one gunman is responsible for the mass shooting and hostage drama in Binghamton, N.Y., and that he has died.
Binghamton shooter ID'd April 3: NBC's Pete Williams identifies the man responsible for shooting and holding hostages in Binghamton, N.Y.'s American Civic Association building as 42-year-old Jiverly Voong.

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - A gunman walked into an immigrant services center and opened fire on Friday, killing 15 people before he killed himself, law enforcement sources told NBC News.
Earlier, Gov. David Paterson put the number of dead at 12 to 13.
A federal law enforcement official said the suspected gunman was found dead in the building of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The man carried identification with the name of 42-year-old Jiverly Voong of nearby Johnson City, N.Y., a law enforcement official said. Sources later told NBC's Pete Williams that the name Voong, as well as another surname initially reported, was an alias.
"I speak for all of New York when I offer my prayers for the victims and families of this tragedy," Paterson said hours after the gunman shot several people and took dozens hostage. The gunman first blocked the back door with his car, authorities said.
Rep. Maurice Hinchey, whose district includes Binghamton, said the gunman had recently been let go from IBM in Johnson City and opened fire on a citizenship class.
"People were there in the process of being tested for their citizenship," Hinchey said in a telephone interview. "It was in the middle of a test. He just went in and opened fire."
Authorities scheduled a news conference for Friday afternoon.
At least 41 people were in the American Civic Association building at the time of the shooting and that citizenship classes had been scheduled Friday at the center, The Binghamton Press & Sun Bulletin reported.
Mayor Matthew Ryan initially said the gunman had a high-powered rifle but law-enforcement sources later told NBC that he had actually used two handguns.
The suspect was described as a man in his 20s between 5 feet, 8 inches, and 6 feet tall, wearing a bright green nylon jacket and dark-rimmed glasses.
Police locked down a nearby high school and advised local business owners to stay inside.
Rich Griffith, who works across the street from the hostage scene, said he saw three people carried out of the building on stretchers alive.
Binghamton, with a population around 45,000, is about 150 miles northwest of New York City. The American Civic Association helps immigrants in the area with naturalization applications, counseling, resettlement, citizenship, family reunification and translators.
Mary Pat Hyland, who teaches classes at the center, told MSNBC that many of the immigrants served there are from Vietnam and Laos. "We have a very diverse ethnic area," she said.
The association’s president, Angela Leach, “is very upset right now,” said Mike Chanecka, a friend who answered a call at her home as Leach wept in the background.
“She doesn’t know anything; she’s as shocked as anyone,” Chanecka said. “For some reason, she had the day off today. And she’s very worried about her secretary.”
At least six hospitalizedFive people with gunshot wounds were being treated at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, according to hospital spokeswoman Christina Boyd.
The wounded ranged in age from 20 to their mid-50s, and their conditions ranged from stable to critical, she said.
Linda Miller, a spokeswoman at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, confirmed that a student from Binghamton University was being treated in the emergency room.
Around 1 p.m. ET, Pennie Kerber, 72, told the AP in a phone call from her home across the street that the scene appeared to be settling down.
"The cops are all standing around in the front now. They're still all over the roof for sure," she said. "The SWAT shooters that were to the side of the building look like they're not there anymore."
Redeemer Lutheran Church in Binghamton planned a prayer vigil on Friday night for those affected by the shooting.
Police evacuate studentsWhen the shooting started at 10:30 a.m. ET, people fled to the basement in search of safety. More than a dozen people were hiding in a closet for more than an hour.
College student Leslie Shrager told the AP that she and her five housemates were sleeping when police pounded on the front door of their house next door to the shooting scene.
Officers escorted the six Binghamton University students outside, she said, and that's when they learned of the shooting.
"One of our housemates thought they heard banging of some kind. But when you're living in downtown Binghamton, it's always noisy," said Shrager, of Slingerlands, an Albany suburb. "Literally two minutes later the cops came and got us out."

IN NEED OF SPRING

SO I HAVE DECIDED THAT I AM IN NEED OF SPRING ASAP. I CAN'T TAKE MUCH MORE OF THIS SNOW THAT IS FOR SURE. IT IS GETTING REALLY REALLY OLD. I AM TIRED OF DRIVING IN IT AND HAVING TO WASH MY CAR BECAUSE IT GETS COVERED IN SALT ONCE A WEEK. THE CUBS ARE HATING THIS WEATHER AS WELL. EVERYONE I KNOW IS HATING THIS WEATHER. I AM WONDERING HOW MUCH LONGER IT WILL KEEP UP. I AM IN MUCH NEED OF SUNSHINE AND SO IS MISTI. SO I HOPING THAT IT WILL STOP SNOWING SOON. IF NOT I AM GOING TO GO CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I AM GOING TO SEE TAKEN TONIGHT AND I AM SO EXCITED TO SEE IT. IT WILL ALSO BE NICE TO NOT GO TO A CLUB TONIGHT. I AM TIRED OF THEM AND I AM NOT IN THE MOOD TO DEAL WITH DRUNK IDIOT GUYS TODAY LOL. WE MAY GO TO PARK CITY ON SUNDAY. I WANTED TO GO TOMORROW BUT IT MIGHT SNOW AND I DON'T WANNA DRIVE UP THERE IN THE SNOW. SO WE WILL SEE HOW THE WEATHER IS ON SUNDAY.
I HAVE DECIDED THAT I AM NOT GOING TO WORK THINGS OUT WITH JOSH BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW I COULD EVER TRUST HIM AGAIN. SO IT WON'T BE WORTH IT TO ME. I KNOW I LOVE HIM BUT I CAN'T SEE MYSELF TRUSTING HIM AGAIN AFTER WHAT I HAVE FOUND OUT. TO THIS DAY HE STILL WON'T ADMIT TO ME WHAT HE HAS DONE. SO HOW CAN I TRUST HIM WHEN HE STILL HASN'T TOLD ME THINGS THAT HE DID WHEN WE WERE TOGETHER.

SICK AGAIN

WELL I AM SICK AGAIN. THIS IS REALLY A JOKE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT I HAVE THIS TIME BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD TO GO TO THE DOCTORS AGAIN. SO I AM GOING TO TRY AND DO IT THE NATURAL WAY THIS TIME. I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL WORK BUT I WILL GIVE IT A SHOT BECAUSE IT IS EASIER THAN GOING TO A DOCTOR. THEY STUFF I HAVE TO DRINK TASTES LIKE CRAP BUT IT BURNS MY THROAT WHICH IS WHAT IT NEEDS TO DO. SO I AM HOPING THAT ONE DAY I WON'T BE SICK ANYMORE. WHO KNOWS THOUGH I MAY ALWAYS BE SICK. SOMETHING ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE WRONG WITH ME. I AM SURE GETTING TIRED OF IT ALL. I AM SO CONFUSED ON WHAT I SHOULD DO WITH JOSH. I THINK THAT IS WHAT HE WANTS. I AM GOING TO KEEP GOING OUT UNTIL HE GETS RID OF HIS GIRLFRIEND. I WON'T SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR HIM AND IF HE COME BACK AND I ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE THEN THAT IS HIS LOSS NOT MINE.
THE GIRLS ARE ALL CONFUSED WITH THIS WEATHER. JUST WHEN THEY START TO GO OUTSIDE AND ENJOY THE NICE WEATHER IT SNOWS AGAIN AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. IT IS FUNNY TO WATCH THEM TRY AND FIGURE IT ALL OUT. YOU CAN SEE THE WHEELS IN THEIR HEADS TURN. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE SNOW TO GO AWAY I CAN'T DEAL WITH MUCH MORE WINTER DRIVING THAT IS FOR SURE.
I AM SO TIRED OF MY LITTLE BROTHER. THEY ARE SO RUDE AND DUMB TO MY GRANDMA. I DON'T THINK THEY GET HOW MUCH THEY HURT HER FEELINGS WHEN THEY DO CERTAIN THINGS. LIKE LAST NIGHT WHEN THEY WOULDN'T EAT WHAT SHE MADE FOR DINNER. IT IS A JOKE SHE MAKES THINGS THAT SHE KNOWS LACHELLE WILL LIKE AND THEN THEY GO AND GET PIZZA. IT IS A JOKE. THEY NEED TO GROW UP AND STOP BEING SO ANNOYING. I COULDN'T EVEN BE IN THE SAME ROOM AS THEM LAST NIGHT. EVERY TIME THEY WOULD COME INTO THE ROOM I WOULD LEAVE AND GO AND HIDE IN MY BED ROOM. I HAVE TO HIDE SO THAT I DON'T START AN ARGUMENT.
