Just A Kiss by Denise Hunter was a sweet story. This is the third book in the series and the first one I have read in this series. With that being said you don’t have to read the other books in the series to understand what is going on in this book. I have always been a huge fan of Denise’s books because I love her style of writing and I feel like I can relate to her characters the most. She does such a great job writing contemporary romance, and I am going to go back and read the other books in this series because I enjoyed these characters. I also loved that this book had things going on in it that are happening in our country right now. I was a huge fan of Riley throughout the entire book, and I was sad when it was over because I enjoyed him and saw how things changed for him like the book when on. If you love Christian romance novels then I would for sure, recommend this book to you.
Riley Callahan’s plans to reveal his secret feelings for his best friend are derailed when his life is drastically altered in Afghanistan.
Watching the love of his life fall for his brother was enough to send Riley straight to boot camp. But over a year later, he’s officially a marine, and Beau and Paige are no longer an item. Loreena’s Gift by Colleen M. Story was an interesting book. I find it weird that this week I am reviewing two books that have to do with super natural themes when it isn’t a genre I read very often in fact these might be the first two books that I have read like this. This book was interesting in the sense that it had to do with religion and things like that. I didn’t like Saul at all through the entire book. I love when I hate a character in a book because it means that author really made the characters come to life and she made me care about the story and characters. I did enjoy the book but it is one that I feel like I should read again because I almost feel like it missed something. If you love supernatural books that I would for sure check out this book. The Ghostwriters by Mickey J. Corrigan was a different book for me. That being said I did end up smiling throughout the book because of the author’s style of writing. I loved that the main character Jacy would start “talking” to the reader during the book. I liked that because it made me feel like I was having a conversation with her and that made the book even more real to me. This was a shorter book, so I was able to get through it pretty quickly and this is one of the few books that I wish was longer because I fell in love with Jacy from the start and I was sad when the book ended. I am sure that this is a book that most people would enjoy even if this isn’t your favorite genre of book. If you have read it what did you think of it?

On my birthday of this year, I will have been on Tysabri for eight years. It is so hard for me to wrap my mind around that because at times it seems like I just started yesterday. I also look back, and I see how far I have come and how much I have learned about the healthcare system in this country. I also have learned the most drug companies have programs to make medications cheaper and that give them to you for free.
As I sit here and think about the first infusion that I ever I had I am amazed that I am a still taking this medication. I had an atrocious reaction to the first treatment so I wasn’t sure if I would be able to stay on it not to mention how much money it costs every month. I don’t know that I ever wrote about what happened the very first time I got the medication, so I am going to add it to my list of things to share.
I have to wonder what my life would be like if I hadn’t started Tysabri and if I wasn’t on any treatment. I have been stable the entire time I have been on the medication which for me is a huge deal. Since I have been diagnosed the MS was never stable but like I said it has been for eight years.
It also has given me my life back. Okay not given me my life back because I have no idea what it would feel like to be a normal functioning person but it makes me feel like I can anything I want to do. I still have hard days, but I don’t want to know how much different things would be if I didn’t have this medication.
Those are just a few of the thoughts I have about having been on Tysabri for eight years. I will be back with a small MS update in the next few weeks as well. Let me know if there is anything you would like to know about as well.
