Day 15-Something or Someone You couldn’t live without & Random Dozen

There are a few things I couldn’t live without.

First off I have to say my girls Elinore and Sylvia.  Even though they can be the biggest pain in my ass most days.

There is Misti because she is more like family than my own family.  We have are moments but all sisters do!

I also couldn’t live with out my Macbook and my Blackberry!

1. What is your favorite fair/carnival food?
I love the Indian Fry Bread!  I shouldn’t eat it but I could eat it all day long while I am at the fair.
2. Are you holding onto something you need to let go of?
People-I need to just forget about them and move on that is for sure but for me it is a hard thing to do.
3. What is your favorite gift to receive?
Something from the heart!  I don’t care what it is as long as it is from the heart.
4. When was the last time you tried something new?
It has been awhile because I don’t like change.
5. What is your favorite and least favorite book genre?
Right now I am really into mystery books.

 Something about Facebook or Blogging!
11. You’re having lunch with 3 people whom you respect and admire. They begin to criticize a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend. What do you do?

Quality Time
Physical Touch
Acts of Service

A Lot Of Random Things

I am going to us bullets in this post because I have a few things I want to write about and I haven’t used them in awhile.

  • First I want to thank all of my followers and welcome all of my new followers.  I can’t believe that I have 130 right now.  I remember when I was just getting into the whole blogging scene and starting to learn about followers and people reading my blog that I had never met IRL.  At that time it was weird to me but I decided why not lets see what is out there and here I am with 130 people reading my blog!  I still don’t understand why but I am thankful for each and everyone of you!
  • I got a new layout and I totally love it!  Jacqui does my makeovers and I totally adore the girl!  She does a great job and made it look so grown up!  Let me know what you think of it.
  • My kids are totally crazy and Sylvia has decided she is top cat even though she is the youngest out of them all.  Go figure.  Last night she was guarding the bathroom and nothing could go in.  It was quite funny to watch her try and beat up anything that tried to enter “her” bathroom.
  • I got the funniest anonymous comment the other day so I figured I would post all of it but the links.  It was so funny I could help but laugh at it.  Here it is:  HELP! I’m currently being held prisoner by the Russian mafia  and being forced to post spam comments on blogs and forum! If you don’t approve this they will kill me.

Well there is the randomness for now!  Have a great day!

Sylvia

I took these few pictures of Sylvia and I wanted to post them because I don’t post many pictures of her because I tend to spend more time with Elinore.  So here a few of her and a couple of both of them.

What’s your most favorite part of your home?
Is it a special readin nook?
Is it the broom closet you hide in ?
Is it your drawer pulls in the kitchen that took 34 years to re-do?
Is it your deck on a summer night?
Show us in a picture and tell us in words.
What’s your most favorite part of your home.
What makes you smile.
———————————————————————–
This is the prompt that Supah & Mommybrain came up with for this week.  To be honest with you I don’t know that I like any one space in  my house more than the other.  So I am going to write about the two things I adore that are in my house.

They are my girls Elinore and Sylvia!  When I refer to my kids these are them.  I couldn’t live a day without them being around.  Animals give unconditional love and for that I will always love my two girls!
I adopted Miss Elinore from a shelter when she was about a year or so.  She had been declawed and really badly abused before I got her.  I have had her for like 4 years now and she is just barely coming out of her shell and becoming a great little kitty for the most part.
Sylvia I got when she was about 8 weeks old.  I had actually picked her out before her eyes even opened up!  She has the most fur I have ever seen on a cat and also very bitchy.  She hates to be held and hates to have her tail touched.  She is the kind of cat that can’t be around little kids.
Those are my girls and I can’t imagine a day with out them!
I hope everyone is having a great Monday!
