When I saw this quote I liked it because there are a lot of things that are important but will never change the world. Like reading books and learning new skills. I always think of my learning how to code websites and learning graphic design. Those two things are important to me, but I doubt that they will ever change the world.
What do you think of this week’s quote of Steve Jobs?
I think he has to be one of my favorite actors so when I saw this quote I knew I wanted to use it. The first movie of his that I remember liking is Grand Torino because of how you got to seem him grow and change throughout the film. Let’s get on to my thoughts about this quote. I agree with this quote one hundred percent because the only thing you really can change is yourself. You can’t make someone or anything else change if they don’t want to change. I try and fix things in myself when I see something someone else does that bothers me. Those are just a few thoughts I have about this quote.
What do you think about this week’s quote by Clint Eastwood?
I liked this quote because I feel like this a lot. Once I feel like I have a hand on what is going on in my life something crazy happens, and I have to start over. The thing that is constant in my life is change, so it is something that I am trying to learn to deal with and not to let it cause me so much stress.
What do you think of this week’s quote by Hugh Prather?
I liked this quote when I saw it because I think we all need to be reminded that when we have bad days we can always change that with our thoughts. I have printed this quote out so that I can look at it every day.
What do you think of this week’s quote by Gillian Anderson?
I liked this quote because I believe that anyone can change the world if they want to. It might not seem like just one person can change the world, but it only takes one person to start something that will change the world. I look at people like Clara Barton who started the Red Cross and she changed the world. There are also people like Adolf Hitler who changed the world but not for the better. Those are my thoughts about this quote.
What do you think of this week’s quote by Margaret Mead?
I like this quote because I am a firm believer in the fact that you can only change yourself. You can never change someone else and at times it is hard even to modify the situation you are in. The best example I have of this would be when I worked for a company that in the end put us out of business, and we all got picked up by the business I work for now. For the entire five or six year’s everything was always so negative, so I had to change myself and be more positive because being so negative was ruining my life, and it was making the Multiple Sclerosis worse. I just learned to focus on the positive things even if it was hard to find something. Now because I did do that with the job that I hated it is so easy for me to do now with the job that I am currently loving.
