God doesn’t give you the people you want, He gives you the people you NEED. To help you, to hurt you, to leave you, to love you and to make you into the person you were meant to be.
One Flaw In Women
Women have strengths that amaze men. They bear hardships and they carry burdens, but they hold happiness, love and joy.
They smile when they want to scream. They sing when they want to cry. They cry when they are happy and laugh when they are nervous. They fight for what they believe in. They stand up to injustice.
They don’t take “no” for an answer when they believe there is a better solution.
They go without so their family can have. They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
They love unconditionally. They cry when their children excel and cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear about a birth or a wedding. Their hearts break when a friend dies. They grieve at the loss of a family member, yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left. They know that a hug and a kiss can heal a broken heart.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
They’ll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much they care about you.
The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning.
They bring joy, hope and love. They have compassion and ideas. They give moral support to their family and friends.
Women have vital things to say and everything to give.
HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN, IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.
Please pass this along to all your women friends and relatives to remind them just how amazing they are. 
Forgotten
Forgetter Be Forgotten
My forgetter’s getting better,
But my rememberer is broke
To you that may seem funny
But, to me, that is no joke
For when I’m ‘here’ I’m wondering
If I really should be ‘there’
And, when I try to think it through,
I haven’t got a prayer!
Oft times I walk into a room,
Say ‘what am I here for?’
I wrack my brain, but all in vain!
A zero, is my score.
At times I put something away
Where it is safe, but, Gee!
The person it is safest from
Is, generally, me!
When shopping I may see someone,
Say ‘Hi’ and have a chat,
Then, when the person walks away
I ask myself, ‘who the hell was that?
Yes, my forgetter’s getting better
While my rememberer is broke,
And it’s driving me plumb crazy
And that isn’t any joke.

| The Grocery LIST Haunani K., a poorly dressed lady with a look of defeat on her face, walked into a grocery store. She approached the owner of the store in a most humble manner and asked if he would let her charge a few groceries. She softly explained that her husband was very ill and unable to work, they had seven children and they needed food. John, the grocer, scoffed at her and requested that she leave his store at once. Visualizing the family needs, she said: ‘Please, sir! I will bring you the money just as soon as I can.’ John told her he could not give her credit, since she did not have a charge account at his store. Standing beside the counter was a couple with a baby, who overheard the conversation between the two. The young family walked forward and told the grocer that they would stand good for whatever she needed for her family. The grocer said in a very reluctant voice, ‘Do you have a grocery list?’ Haunani replied, ‘Yes sir.’ ‘O.K’ he said, ‘put your grocery list on the scales and whatever your grocery list weighs, I will give you that amount in groceries.’ Haunani hesitated a moment with a bowed head, then she reached into her purse and took out a piece of paper and scribbled something on it. She then laid the piece of paper on the scale carefully with her head still bowed. The eyes of the grocer and the customers showed amazement when the scales went down and stayed down. The grocer, staring at the scales, turned slowly to the customer and said begrudgingly, ‘I can’t believe it.’ The customer smiled and the grocer started putting the groceries on the other side of the scales. The scale did not balance so he continued to put more and more groceries on them until the scales would hold no more. The grocer stood there in utter disgust. Finally, he grabbed the piece of paper from the scales and looked at it with greater amazement. It was not a grocery list, it was a prayer, which said: ‘Dear Lord, you know my needs and I am leaving this in your hands.’ The grocer gave her the groceries that he had Haunani thanked him and left the store. The young couple handed a fifty-dollar bill to the grocer and said; ‘It was worth every penny of it. Only God Knows how much a prayer weighs.’ THE POWER: When you receive this, say a prayer. That’s all you have to do. Just stop right now, and say a prayer of thanks for your own good fortune. Then please send this to all your friends and relatives. I believe if you will send this testimony out with prayer in faith, you will receive what you need God to do in your and your families’ life .So to our ‘Ohana, trust God to heal the sick, provide food for the hungry, clothes and shelter for those that don’t have as we do. Amen There is no cost but a lot of rewards. May you always walk with Angels God Bless! All About MEme Monday- Friends
This is a blog that I have been following lately and I have decided that I will follow and write about the propmts that they have have each Monday. This week is about all FRIENDS. After reading Chief’s blog I decided that I will write about what kind of friend that I am.
6. What kind of friend are you? Why?
I am the kind of friend that will do anything for my friends. If they ask me I will do anything even if it means drving out to Wendover and end up coming home with out her because she wouldn’t come with me and I got tired of fighting with her. I also am the kind of friend that will drive to Fillmore to pick up a dog for her boyfriend even though I didn’t feel good. I will do anything for them if they ask me. I hate to let people down so I will do anything for them no matter the time or place. If they are going to ask me for help I will do anything to help them all they need to do is call or text me. I am totally devoted to them even if they aren’t devoted to me. I have always been this way with my friends and I will always be this way. There are times when I can’t be there because I am burned out but I always come back and try to make it up them as fast as I can. I know at times it is hard for me to be the way I am but it is the only way I know how to be.
This is all I can think to write about this prompt but if I think of more things I will post an update to this post!
