10% Happier by Dan Harris was an amazing book to read. There are parts of this book that I did find myself getting bogged down because some of the words that are used I had to look up and it frustrated me. I recently got this book on Audible so I can listen to it because I know there is alot that I can learn from this book and it is things that I can do in my life.

After having a nationally televised panic attack on Good Morning America, Dan Harris knew he had to make some changes. A lifelong nonbeliever, he found himself on a bizarre adventure, involving a disgraced pastor, a mysterious self-help guru, and a gaggle of brain scientists. Before joining ABC News fourteen years ago, he worked for local news outlets in Boston and Maine. He lives with his wife, Bianca, in New York City. This is his first book.
