Saturday 9: I Think We’re Alone Now

1. What celebrity in a fantasy would you like to be alone with?
Pitbull!!!!!  He is super hot!!!
2. Have ever dated a good friend?
No I haven’t but I have dated guys and then became good friends with them. Does that count???
3. What is the most embarrassing song that you like?
I like all music and I don’t know that any song is embarrassing
4. What is your favorite tear jerker movie?
A Walk To Remember
5. What about yourself makes you least secure?
My stomach and how fat it has gotten since I had my daughter.
6. Do you believe in destiny?
Yes I totally do.  I think for the most part things are planned and everything that happens was always going to happen that way no matter what we do.
7. What ‘issue’ do you think your opinion is so right about that you end up trying to sway others to your point of view?
I want everyone to think like me!  LOL I don’t really press issues on people.  If they agree cool if not then oh well.

It Is Finally Time For Letters And All The Other Fun MeMe’s!

This is much needed this week that is for sure!  It has been a tough week for me and I really needed to write letters to relieve the stress of the week.

Dear Tysabri,
I guess you making over a billion dollars last year wasn’t enough.  Now you have to go and make me pay the $5000 dollars a month for the only medication that was working.  I am still trying to figure out how and why I can’t get it for free anymore.  I couldn’t afford it before and I still can’t afford it.  Does it make you happy to know that you can take a drug away from people that really need it?

1. What is better, growing old with out money or dying young and wealthy?
 Dying young with money is better for me that getting old.  I have never wanted to get really old. I am kind of weird about getting old and I don’t want people to have to take care of me when I am older so I think dying young would be great!
2. Who takes out the garbage at your house?
Everyone but my little brother.  He is really lazy at times and never takes it out unless he is told to take it out and even then at times we do it because it will get done faster if we just do it and don’t wait on him.
3. Have you ever had the same dream many times?
Not really.  In fact I rarely dream and if I do dream they are always scary and or weird to say the least.
4. Can you play a musical instrument?
I used to play the violin but I stopped because my violin got broke and never sound right after that.  I don’t think that I was any good anyways.
5. If you owned your own store, what would you sell?
Clothes, shoes and purses!  I would love to have my own store because then I could all the new cool stuff before everyone else did!

I can watch a lot of movies over and over again.  There really isn’t just one that I could pick.  I am famous for watching the same movies for over a week before I change it in the DVD player.  I just love movies and love watching the stories unfold even though I know how they all end!

What are you currently reading?
Right now I am reading Harry Potter (the last one) and I just bought a new book today that is called Please stop laughing at me… I am excited to start it.
When do you find the time to read?
I usually read during my infusions or on the weekends at night when I can’t sleep.
Where do you do most of your reading?
In my bed room or the hospital
How do you choose what you read?
I will read anything that looks good to me
From where do you get most of your books?
I either buy them or borrow them from my aunt
What do you do with a book after you’ve finished reading it?
If it is mine I hold on to it or give it to someone who may like to read it
What are your book (reading) quirks
I don’t really have any that I know of

This is from Harriets blog.  I decided that I would follow along this week and answer some more questions because they are my favorite MeMe’s.  So here are the questions and my answers.  I think everyone should stop by her blog and try this out!

Today’s meme is the scenario meme. For each prompt, simply write your best answer.

1. You see a strange car pull up to your neighbor’s house every day at lunch time. You accidental glance into the window of the house and notice that your ‘happily married neighbor’ is fooling around! What do you do?

Nothing…How is what they are doing any of my business.  I am trying to mind my own business from now on.

2. You are at the mall and a mom with really annoying screaming little kids is walking in front of you. She goes to give her kids a quarter for the giant gum ball machine and she accidentally drops a $10 bill and doesn’t realize it. What do you do?

I would tell her that she dropped it because I believe that karma will come back to me.

3. You get an email from a candy company telling you that they will send you 6 pounds of delicious chocolate if you blog about their product. When you get the product and try it you realize that it is the worst chocolate that you have ever tasted. What do you do?

I would tell the truth.  I believe that if you do a review you shouldn’t lie about the product if it sucks tell people.

4. Texting while driving is one of the most dangerous and annoying things someone could do. Yet, what would you do if you were driving and listening to the radio when the announcer says that he will give $10,000 to the first person with your name that texts a message to him?

Send a text message and win the damn money!

5. You’ve been invited to your boss’s house for a dinner party. It’s dark out and there is poor lighting when you get there. As soon as you get inside you realize that you have stepped in dog poop and you have tracked into your boss’s house. What do you do?

Clean off my shoe and clean up the mess I made because I would want someone to do that at my house.
6. You are at a restaurant waiting for your food to arrive. You’ve waited nearly 30 minutes since the moment you placed your order when your food finally shows up. There is a hair on the top of the food. Do you send it back and wait another 30 minutes or do you deal?
I would talk to the manager and then just get the check for what I did eat and leave.  I have a hard time waiting for that long to get my food.
7. If you had the power to do so, what would be the one question that you would like to ask anyone who reads this?

1. Hair color..Au naturale..or not? 
It was most of my life but now it is colored but I am growing it out again.
2. If somebody has food in their teeth or lipstick on their teeth do you tell them?
Depends on who it is and if i like them or not
3. Would you rather have a million dollars or your vision of the perfect body?
A million dollars-you can so much more with the money than a perfect body
4. Favorite magazine?
I don’t really have one but lately I like OK
5. Bra style..lacey or plain?
Plain Lace is itchy
6. If you walked into Victoria’s Secret..would you most likely come out with something sexy or comfy?
Comfy I don’t get into the whole sexy thing

At times I do but I haven’t done it in awhile

Saturday 9: When We Was Fab

1. Is there a blog as far as its appearance goes that you think is the most fabulous?
I love most of the blogs I read.  I can’t really say that I love anyone of them more than the others.  I am trying to figure out if I should get one designed just for me?
2. Do you like the look and the contents of your blogs?
Not really but I am not sure what to do about it right now.  Maybe a make over would help.
3. Have you ever thought what would happen to your blog in case you died?
Nope, it didn’t cross my mind until now.  Guess I should give someone my info so they could let the world know what was going on with me.
4. Has any particular blogger had a great impact on how you set up and write your blog?
No but I wish I could write like so many of them do. 
5. Would you want a fellow blogger to give you suggestions or criticism of what you write?
Yes I would.  I can only get better and try what they say.  Just because they give it doesn’t mean I actually have to try any of it.
6. Is the number of visitors each day to your blog important to you?
Not really but it sure is nice to have almost 50 followers!
7. What percentage of your readers do you think actual comment?
Not very many but I always have the same people commenting and what not so they are the loyal readers and I know that some people read but don’t comment so it is all good.
8. Do you have a favorite blogger who does the memes that you participate in?
Supah has a lot of good MeMe’s.  There are a lot of good ones out there and they are fun to write.  It always gives me something to write about if I am drawing blanks for that day.
9. How often do you update your blog/site and why?
I try and do it once a day but some days I do it more and other days I don’t post at all.  It really just depends on how busy I am and what not.

I am glad it is Saturday.

1. Worst trouble you ever got into as a teenager?
Didn’t get into trouble.  I was a good kid until I went to college and then shit hit the fan.
2. Are you a morning person or a night person?
I am a night person but since I work during the day I try and get up early and stay on a set schedule.
3. Are you a one-handed or a two-handed Texter?
Depends on the phone I am using.  The phone I have now I only use one hand but when I had my sidekick I used two hands.
4. Democrat, Republican, or Independent..or maybe even Green Party (whatever that is).
I don’t really have a party.  I go off of what they are standing for and stuff like that.
5. Are you a pet person?
Yes I am right now I have two cats that are just like kids to me.  I have always had cats while I was growing up but I love all animals!

UPDATE:  I was reading a blog and she had a great story about a girl she knew that died from a eating disorder.  They are doing a fund raiser for her on Feb. and need people to donate art and things that can be auctioned off to help raise money for a eating disorders charity.  Here is the link!  If you can do anything to help please do it would mean so much to everyone!
